1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. white vinegar
1 tbsp. white horseradish (Seminole)
1/4 tsp. celery seed
I've also made a variant using up the pineapple juice after opening up a can of pineapples for another recipe. Very good, if you have it on hand.
Blend thoroughly and chill.
