iHop Pancakes

1-1/4 cups AP Flour
1 egg
1-1/2 cups Buttermilk
3 tbs sugar
1-1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup oil
1/2 tsp salt
Just tested this one, and if it isn't the real thing, it is very very close. Good flapjacks!

  1. I just want to know how they make them so thick and have them actually hold their round shape.

My pancakes always seem to be thin and the shape is which ever way the batter spreads. They are always misshapen, and can grow "appendages." And they are thin.

However, I pack them full of fruit, so the kids think that it is awesome. For the most part, most restaraunts think blueberry pancakes are regular pancakes with just a few blueberries on top.
