Sweet-Tart Dijon Dressing

From Food & Wine's Danah Cowin

1 small garlic clove, minced
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
5 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

Whisk well.
