3 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp capers
2 tbsp minced onion
1 tsp parsley
2 tbsp mayo
8 slices smoked salmon
optional - 1/2 tsp horseradish
Mix well. Serve with bread or crackers
